What I collect, and why
Short version: this website itself collects nothing about you. The only information I receive is what you choose to type into one of the two forms.
The website
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor tracking on this site. I do not know who visits, how often, or what they look at.
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is the only request this site makes to a third party on an ordinary page view.
The two forms
Both forms on this site are Google Forms, embedded from Google. What you type goes to Google and then to me.
Vacation questionnaire
Your name, contact details and the trip you are thinking about. I use it to prepare a quote and to reply to you. Nothing more.
Newsletter sign-up
Your name and email address, used to send occasional travel offers. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to remove you at any time.
Who else sees it
To actually book a trip, the details you give me have to be passed to the supplier involved — the cruise line, resort, park or tour operator — and to the host agency I book through. That is the only reason your information is ever shared, and only once you have asked me to book something.
I do not sell your information to anyone, and I never will.
Your information is yours
Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No reason needed and no charge. If a booking has already been made, some records have to be kept for as long as the supplier and Canadian tax rules require.
