The plain version
No booking is made on this website and no payment is taken here. This site is a way to reach me and start a conversation.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate, not a reservation. Travel pricing and availability change constantly, and nothing is held until a booking is actually confirmed and any required deposit is paid. A price I give you can change before that point, and occasionally an option sells out between the quote and the booking.
Whose terms apply
When you book, your contract for the trip is with the supplier — the cruise line, resort, park or tour operator — not with this website. Their terms govern deposits, payment schedules, changes, cancellations and refunds, and those terms vary a great deal between suppliers.
I will point you to the relevant terms before anything is confirmed. Read them; the cancellation rules in particular are worth knowing before you pay a deposit.
Changes and refunds
Refunds are set by the supplier you booked with, and I cannot override them. What I can do is handle the request for you, chase it, and tell you honestly what is and is not likely.
Travel insurance usually covers what supplier terms do not. I will always raise it before you book.
What my help costs
Planning with me costs you nothing. I am paid a commission by the supplier when a booking is completed, which is included in the price you would pay anyway — booking through me does not make a trip more expensive than booking it yourself.
The employee-benefit programme is likewise free to the business. There is no fee, contract or minimum to set it up.
